Lexus Enform Remote App

Android users, have you noticed your Lexus Enform Remote app acting strangely or not working recently? This may be because Lexus just released a major update. Lexus Enform Remote V1.2.0 is a new version of the app that has been released for anyone using the Android phone and operating systems. If this update is not done, the older version of the app will not work properly or at all. To update, please go to the Google Play Store on your phone and touch the Menu button (three square dots). The update does not affect Apple iPhone users. However, we recommend that you update your Lexus apps often for the proper functionality of the apps and your phone. Lexus is always trying to improve, and we love to keep our customers up to date on technology!

Beware: Lexus Enform Safety Connect Scam

Lexus Enform Safety Connect

Lexus of Richmond wants to make you aware of a new scam that targets customers with Lexus Enform Safety Connect. Lexus owners with a 2010 model or later, please be aware of this. There has been a report of customers who received phone calls with the phone ID “Toyota,” wanting to assist with renewing the Safety Connect program. The scammers then proceeded to take credit card information and make unauthorized purchases.

Although the phone call sounds very legitimate, please know that when it is time to renew the Safety Connect program, customers will receive a letter in the mail and sometimes an email. There will be no phone calls from Lexus or Toyota reminding you to renew your program, or asking for your credit card information.

If you notice any signs from this scam or notice any suspicious or fraudulent activity, please call 1-800-25LEXUS or visit here for more contact information. Choose the #4 prompt for Safety Connect specifically. Thanks for your attention and for your assistance in stopping these scammers.

Congratulations to the 20th Pursuit of Perfection Leadership Award winner, Myles Brown from St. Christopher’s School!

20th PoP Winner!

It has been an exciting year for our 20th Annual Pursuit of Perfection Leadership Award program! We have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to get to know each of our 30 outstanding student-athlete scholarship nominees throughout the year! The competition was very steep this year among this group of highly-qualified young men and women. Our winner was chosen based on his exemplary academic performance, the extracurricular activities in which he participated, his numerous contributions to the community and his outstanding athletic performance.

Myles has been a student with high honors throughout his high school career, maintaining a GPA above 4.0 and leading into his senior year with an impressive 4.2. He is an AP Scholar with Honors, a National Spanish Exam Gold Medalist and two-time Silver Medalist, and a National Achievement Outstanding Student.

Myles has been active outside of the classroom acting as a Librarian Ambassador, in charge of giving tours to the parents of prospective St. Christopher’s students. His love of soccer found an outlet in his membership of the MLS Club in his junior year, and his compassion and school enthusiasm manifested itself when he served as a peer advisor to ninth graders as they transition into the Upper School.

Myles is an exceptional soccer player who has exhibited his talent throughout his high school career, earning numerous honors, awards and achievements. During his freshman year he was selected to play for regional, district and state teams in the Olympic Development Program. That same year he was selected to attend an id2 National Identification Camp where players “work with some of the nation’s best coaches, play with and against some of the nation’s best players in their age group, and are scouted by on-site U.S. Soccer staff for selections to the national team.” Myles continued to hone his skills during the following summer of 2012 when he traveled to London to train with Arsenal Football Club — one of the most decorated English Premier League football clubs. That summer he also traveled to Greece where he played in a tournament as a starting central midfielder for the Arsenal Training Program USA team. As a junior he attended a U.S. Market Training Camp to which he was invited for an opportunity for identification as a player with US Youth National Soccer Team potential. That year he was also named one of the Potomac Soccer Wire Development Academy Best 11 – Sept. 1-7, 2014, and MVP of the winter 2014 Collegiate Classic Valentine futsal tournament. Team captain in his senior year, Myles helped his varsity futsal team win the Valentine Classic Championship in 2014 and 2015. During his senior year Myles saw a great deal of success when he was named captain and leading scorer of Richmond United u18 Academy Soccer Team, ranked #35 of national midfielders for the class or 2015, and ranked the #108 prospect recruit for the class of 2015.

Active in the community, Myles currently serves as the St. Christopher’s Missionary Society president, overseeing all community service operations conducted in the Upper (High) School. He has also volunteered for a number of programs and organizations, including the Own Touch Soccer Camp, the Virginia Food Bank with Jack and Jill of America, the Massey Cancer Walk, Houlagan’s Rest Dog Rescue, and the Saturday Academy, where he worked with academics with inner city youth.

A heavily recruited soccer player, Myles will be playing next season at the University of Notre Dame, where he will be majoring in biology.

We commend Myles for his contributions to his community, his extracurricular activities, his academic excellence and his athletic skill, and we are absolutely thrilled at the opportunity to recognize and help support this outstanding youth. We have no doubt that this young man will continue to excel as he moves forward in his pursuit of perfection.
