Android users, have you noticed your Lexus Enform Remote app acting strangely or not working recently? This may be because Lexus just released a major update. Lexus Enform Remote V1.2.0 is a new version of the app that has been released for anyone using the Android phone and operating systems. If this update is not done, the older version of the app will not work properly or at all. To update, please go to the Google Play Store on your phone and touch the Menu button (three square dots). This is located in the top right corner of the screen. Select ‘My Apps.’ This allows you to see where the available app updates are, including the one for Lexus Enform Remote.
The update does not affect Apple iPhone users. However, we recommend that you update your Lexus apps often for the proper functionality of the apps and your phone. Lexus is always trying to improve, and we love to keep our customers up to date on technology!
Please remember, the Lexus Enform Remote app is free for the first year after the purchase of your car. Please visit here for information on pricing for renewal. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like assistance with updating your Lexus Enform Remote App, please call (804)323-8000 and ask to speak with one of Lexus of Richmond’s Technology Specialists. Will we give an update if we learn anything new!
Lexus of Richmond wants to make you aware of a new scam that targets customers with Lexus Enform Safety Connect. Lexus owners with a 2010 model or later, please be aware of this. There has been a report of customers who received phone calls with the phone ID “Toyota,” wanting to assist with renewing the Safety Connect program. The scammers then proceeded to take credit card information and make unauthorized purchases.
Although the phone call sounds very legitimate, please know that when it is time to renew the Safety Connect program, customers will receive a letter in the mail and sometimes an email. There will be no phone calls from Lexus or Toyota reminding you to renew your program, or asking for your credit card information.
If you notice any signs from this scam or notice any suspicious or fraudulent activity, please call 1-800-25LEXUS or visit here for more contact information. Choose the #4 prompt for Safety Connect specifically. Thanks for your attention and for your assistance in stopping these scammers.
It’s starting to get toasty out there! Virginia’s hot and humid summer is here and Lexus of Richmond is helping you prepare for the season.
Don’t wait until there is something wrong, be proactive. It is recommended to get an annual inspection on your Lexus vehicle to make sure your cooling system is running efficiently and at its optimum level. Starting now until July 31st, the Lexus of Richmond Service Department is offering a $99.00 A/C inspection package. This service includes a visual inspection, recovery, evacuate, and recharge. This inspection regularly runs at $165.00, so take advantage of this offer while it lasts.
If something does go wrong, Lexus of Richmond of course has you covered. Another service the Lexus of Richmond Service Department is offering is 15% off on all air conditioning repairs. This offer also lasts until July 31st.
The coupons are not valid with any other specials or offers, and they must be presented at the time of write-up. These offers are only valid at Lexus of Richmond and on Lexus Vehicles only. Both coupons are located on www.lexusofrichmond.com under our specials page. Stay cool this summer!
