Lexus of Richmond would also like to bring attention to another golf partnership, this time, something geared towards the community. We would like to announce that we are awarding a need-based scholarship for someone to participate in the Robins Jr. Golf Program.
Robins Jr. Golf Program was created by the Fore Children Foundation, which is a non-profit organization. They aim to not only teach children the fundamentals of golf, but to also teach them fundamental life lessons like cooking, fitness, music and art. Participants in this program range from 5 to 17 years old, and have options to spend full days, half-days, or even spend overnights at the golf course in their top-notch facilities and dorms.
The staff is headed by PGA and Director of the program Leighann Albaugh, Chief Development Officer Eddie Swink, President of Fore Children Dan Niccolucci, and twelve other skilled PGA/PGM interns and counselors. For biographies and information on all of the staff members please visit the Fore Children website.
If you would like an application or more information about the Robins Jr. Program and scholarship, please visit www.lexusofrichmond.com and go to our Independence tab. Scholarship applications are due by Monday June 22nd. We are excited to help in any child’s pursuit of excellence and believe that this program is a great way to do it!
